Born in Chicago,
Dr. Linda Halderman is a board-certified General Surgeon specializing in
breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Her surgery practice is in rural south Fresno County, with the
majority of her patients uninsured or underinsured women with Medi-Cal
or BCEDP, the State of California’s Breast Cancer Early Detection
Program. She speaks Spanish
fluently and serves in an area with a high percentage of undocumented
immigrants.
Dr. Halderman graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in English. She is a published writer with over 35 articles and essays on topics as diverse as autism, the relationship of faith to physical health, and the politics of cosmetic surgery. Her surgical training was at Vanderbilt University and UC San Francisco, Fresno campus. She has advanced training in the use of technology for the minimally invasive diagnosis of breast cancer, as well as breast conservation techniques to avoid mastectomy.

Linda is also considered an authority on issues affecting the relationship of the United States with Israel. She has spoken widely about Judaism, the impact of terrorism, U.S. National Security and the survival of the Jewish State. She is a co-founder of the Central California Chapter of the Republican Jewish Coalition.
Her writing has appeared in local, national and international publications, including The American Thinker and Victor Davis Hanson's Private Papers
